Thank you for shopping with Barakatha Herbals. We carefully prepare and package each order and want your experience with us to be smooth from checkout to delivery.

Please review our Shipping & Return Policy before placing an order.

SHIPPING

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Some Barakatha Herbals products may be handmade, prepared in small batches, or produced in limited quantities. During new product launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, additional processing time may be required.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on factors such as the shipping destination, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.

Any available free-shipping promotions will be subject to the terms displayed at the time of purchase.

Estimated Delivery

Once an order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery time will depend on the shipping service selected and the destination.

Any delivery dates displayed during checkout are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, transportation disruptions, or other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Barakatha Herbals may affect delivery times.

Tracking Your Order

When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after their order has been shipped.

Please allow time for the shipping carrier’s tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact Barakatha Herbals as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address if the order has not yet shipped. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, we may not be able to modify or redirect the shipment.

Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or incomplete customer-provided address may be the customer’s responsibility to the extent permitted by law.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If tracking indicates that your package is still in transit, please allow the carrier reasonable time to complete delivery.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location, with household members, neighbors, or building management when applicable.

Please contact us if you believe there is an issue with your shipment. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with available carrier information or claims.

Barakatha Herbals is not responsible for carrier delays or theft occurring after confirmed delivery, except where responsibility is imposed by applicable law.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ORDERS

We want to correct genuine order problems.

If your product arrives damaged, defective, leaking, broken, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your name and order number.

• A description of the issue.

• Clear photographs of the product.

• Photographs of the shipping packaging when relevant.

After reviewing the information, we may offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, store credit, or another remedy depending on the circumstances.

Please do not discard damaged products or packaging until your request has been reviewed.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Personal Care, Fragrance & Herbal Products

Because Barakatha Herbals offers personal-care, fragrance, botanical, and potentially ingestible products, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, consumed, altered, or had their original safety seal removed, except where required by law or where the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

This policy helps protect the health, hygiene, and safety of our customers.

Unopened Products

Eligible products that are unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging may be requested for return within 14 days of delivery.

A return must be approved by Barakatha Herbals before being sent back.

Products returned without prior authorization may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless required by applicable law, the following items are generally non-returnable:

• Opened or used fragrance products.

• Opened or used body-care products.

• Opened or consumed teas, herbs, or ingestible products.

• Products without their original packaging or safety seal.

• Gift cards.

• Final-sale or clearance merchandise identified as such before purchase.

• Personalized or custom-made products.

Change of Mind & Fragrance Preference

Fragrance is personal, and scents may smell different depending on individual preferences, skin chemistry, environment, and other factors.

A dislike of a fragrance after opening or using the product generally does not qualify the product for a return or refund.

We encourage customers to review fragrance descriptions and scent notes carefully before purchasing.

Return Shipping

Unless the return results from an error by Barakatha Herbals or a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, customers are responsible for eligible return-shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or the return resulted from our error.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for approved returns.

Refund Processing

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method.

Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post a refund after it has been issued.

CANCELLATIONS

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests that are received before an order has entered processing or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, packaged, or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

PRE-ORDERS

Products marked as pre-order may have longer processing times.

Estimated availability or shipping dates shown for pre-order products are estimates and may change because of production schedules, ingredient availability, packaging availability, carrier delays, or other circumstances.

If a pre-order experiences a significant delay, Barakatha Herbals may provide updated information and available options regarding the order.

ORDER CHANGES

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

If you need to request a change, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an order can be changed after it has entered processing.
